Screenshots of AIM Pages

Michael Arrington over at Techcrunch has some screenshots of the soon to be released AIM pages.

Like I said before, I think AOL will attract a good amount of users by leveraging their massive Instant Messanger user base. But from the new screenshots it doesn’t look like there is anything new and unique in their social networking model.

My question is, what in the world took AOL so long to come up with AIM pages? With the IM platform they should of implemented this a year ago.

    I’m with you 100%.
I think AOL waited so long because they wanted to hit the market with a different thing and not just another social network. But for me, as you said, it doesn sound that innovative.
