“When children leave the home and go to school or the public library and have access to social networking sites, we have reason to be concerned…”
The bill is suppose to support child safety. While I think it will be affective from keeping kids off the site during school, I still don’t think it will increase safety. Kids are still going to be accessing the sites from their homes and friends homes. The only thing this bill will probably do is cause kids to find some other site to play around on to cure the classroom boredom. If they want to stop online predators, then they will some how have to get all the 16 year old girls to stop posting slutty pictures of themselves.
