All you really need to know is that I’m addicted to technology, startups, entrepreneurship, product management, and marketing. Below I provided some more info on the companies I have started, but if you really want to get to know me, visit my contact page and email me. I’m currently located in Boston, MA but travel to Los Angeles and the Bay area quite often.
Viximo (present) - Founder and VP Product Marketing
I founded Viximo in September 2007. Viximo is a fifteen person startup located in Cambridge, MA funded by North Bridge Venture Partners and Sigma Partners. Ed Anderson and Bob Davoli serve as our board members. We provide virtual goods solutions to social publishers across the web. In other words, we help online communities make money.
PopSignal (present) -Co Founder
PopSignal is an organization that supports the Boston technology and startup scene. We’ve thrown multiple events that have attracted 600+ people each, and hold monthly small networking sessions for accomplished entrepreneurs and investors.
Cambridge Co-Working Loft (aka Betahouse)
Beta House is a co-working space located in the heart of Central Square, Cambridge, MA. I was an original member of the space with 8 other incredibly intelligent and experienced internet entrepreneurs. Betahouse is designed for those that want to procure and grow their ideas in a collaborative fun environment If you are an entrepreneur in the Boston area, I highly recommend checking it out. (P.S. as a testament to how great Betahouse is, Viximo is one of a few companies that has been born out of the space).
ZoomInfo - Product Manager
I worked with ZoomInfo as a product manager with a very intelligent and creative small team to build the next generation business information resource. My specific concentrations were helping Zoom properly integrate and enhance their social features into a technologically complicated site.
Unique Productions - Founder and President
Founder and former President of this startup. We provided unique interactive entertainment for large corporate, private, and public functions in Chicago and then lower half of Michigan. Clients included Ford, GM, MLB, Chicago Bulls, and CDW. Realizing that the event industry was not my passion, I successfully sold the company in July of 2006.
Celestine Inc. - Co-Founder and CEO
Celestine Inc was my first venture at the age of 19, and was my true spark of interest in online communities and entrepreneurism. In mid 2003 (pre-Facebook, pre-Myspace) we set out to create a college specific social network that was oriented around the campus social scene named PartyCampus.com. We reached around 20,000 users after a couple months, but realized we were always going to be one step behind. While a failure in technical terms, I attest to this day that I learned more as a co-founder of Celestine than I ever will from any other position I will hold in my professional life.
